Dan Barrett, Biomedical Systems' Chief Operating Officer, handles the legal aspects of corporate operations and acquistions.  Dan has served on the board of directors of Biomedical Systems since 1989. His previous positions as a litigation attorney and investment broker with A.G. Edwards & Sons provides him with the essential strategic planning and development skills that have contributed to Biomedical Systems on-going success.

Dan has served on the board of directors of the St. Louis County Economic Council. He is involved in numerous charitable and volunteer organizations, including those that serve the youth of the community. 

He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business Administration from Vanderbilt University in 1983 and a J.D. from St. Louis University in 1986.
