PHARMACEUTICAL DIVISION
PER DIEM STAFF RT CLINICIAN
RESPONSIBILITIES: We are looking for a part time, per diem staff RT Clinician to review pulmonary data. This position would review flow volume loops and other pulmonary function data for clinical acceptability and reproducibility.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- RRT, RPFT or CPFT required
- BS preferred
- Previous experience in pulmonary function testing a plus
- Strong computer skills and proficient in Excel, Access and Word a must
- Fluent in Spanish a plus
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR - SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA, ARIZONA, AND HAWAII REGION
RESPONSIBILITIES: The Primary objective of the Director will be to generate new business by uncovering and converting opportunities. This position requires a hunter who will be highly experienced in the business development aspects of providing outsourced clinical research services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong contact list in the clinical trial sector from Pharma, Biotech and Medical Device sponsors. Ensure proper positioning and penetration of the company's diagnostic and imaging services into pharmaceutical companies. Ensure positioning with large Pharma at all levels from senior management to technical and operations executives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate for this position must have at least 10 years pharmaceutical industry background with in depth knowledge of the industry.
- 10 Plus years proven track record of managing business development teams and driving excellence and success. Must posess a strong business acumen and solid leadership skills.
- 10 plus years experience in excelling in the player/coach role.
- 4 year degree in health and science, management, business field or related experience.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience and ability to progressively coach and mentor employees.
- Must have a high level of intellectual, professional and interpersonal ability to communicate effectively.
- Candidates must posess a global perspective and experience working worldwide.
- Ability to empower, develop and excite people and help them achieve goals.
- Unquestionable personal and professional integrity.
- The candidate will be a collaborative professional with a resilient, take-charge approach, who is results-orientated. No politics or hidden agendas.

CARDIAC TECHNICIAN
RESPONSIBILITIES: We are looking for a cardiac technician to receive cardiac event monitoring calls from patients and clients. Also measure and interpret CEM recordings and distribute CEM recordings per protocol. Must be able to perform pacemaker follow-up pacemaker checks and add new patients to CEM database.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Must be able to recognize arrythmia
- Must know MS Office and Word
- Excellent customer service and phone skills
- Detailed oriented
