Experienced In Holter Since 1975
Many Sponsors use Holter Monitoring to capture every heartbeat over a 24 or 48 hour time period for a more comprehensive picture of cardiac activity. When you select Biomedical Systems’ Centralized Holter service, you partner with a global company that has acquired and analyzed over 2 million Holter recordings since 1975.
• “True” 12-Lead Digital Holter - The digital 12-Lead Holter will allow the Sponsor to acquire up to 48 hours of continuous true 12-Lead ECG data. The digital 12-Lead gives the Sponsors the option to analyze all the data available or they may pick and choose protocol specific ECG timepoints.
• Standard 5 or 7 Lead Digital Holter - Volunteers wear a small, lightweight digital Holter recorder for a 6, 12, 24 or 48 hour time period. Data is continuously written to a flashcard which captures every heartbeat during that time period. The flashcard can be removed at the site, inserted into a flashcard reader and then digitally transmitted to a Biomedical Systems office in the United States or Europe. The flashcard may also be shipped by courier to one of our facilities.
